Skill Development Training for Peeling Workers

A skill development training was arranged by ACI Agrolink Ltd to empower the local workforce by training local women as skilled peeling workers in the shrimp processing sector. The training program seeks to improve the technical skills, hygiene practices, and job readiness of participants, many of whom come from coastal and underprivileged communities. The initiative is expected to directly contribute to women’s empowerment and the development of the region’s seafood processing industry while enhancing livelihoods for local families. This training will focus on hygiene practices, speed and quality of peeling, safety standards, and workplace discipline — all aligned with international best practices and market demands.
